As you float down the river, you’ll see an unusual landscape, which was formed in part by the Tenorio Volcano. Scientists believe that this river gets its unusual color from the sun shining on the algae that grows on the river rocks. On the banks of the river, you’ll see dense rainforest foliage populated by birds and monkeys. Your time on the river lasts a total of 5 hours.
Your tour concludes with a break for hot drinks and a snack of fruit. Afterward, a bus ride will return you to the spot where the tour began.
